Guccella Policy

This Shipping Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Each Guccella piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order.

Please allow 2—4 weeks for creation processing before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design. 

Once your piece is complete, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched using a  trusted shipping carrier.

 

Delivery

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 3—7 business days
  • Canada: 10—20 business days
  • International: 20—40 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.  International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing.

Once an order has been dispatched, Guccella is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen transit conditions.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Guccella is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information

Once dispatched, Guccella is not responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered, or damaged packages while in transit.

However, we are always happy to assist where possible.
