Due to the custom nature of our creations, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, we are always happy to assist prior to placing your order.

Damages and issues

We take great care in ensuring each piece arrives beautifully and securely.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We will gladly review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit when applicable..

While we are not responsible for delays or mishandling by shipping carriers, we will always assist in filing claims and ensuring you are supported throughout the process.
